Delhi-based Tarini International Ltd has signed an agreement to acquire 51 per cent stake in Austria-based hydropower station construction and mechanical engineering firm HPWE GmbH for an undisclosed amount, according to a stock market disclosure.
Founded in 1999, Tarini International provides financial and technical consultancy services related to hydro power generation, transmission and distribution and infrastructure-based projects.
The company is looking to expand hydro and infrastructure projects.
