Shriram Capital Ltd (SCL), the flagship holding company of financial services and insurance ventures of the Shriram Group, has appointed Arun Duggal as the Non Executive Chairman and G.S. Sundararajan as the Managing Director of the company.
Duggal is also the chairman of Shriram Transport Finance Company, Shriram City Union Finance, Shriram EPC Ltd, and Shriram Properties.
He is also on Board of Directors of other public and private companies. Arun Duggal has got 26 years of global banking experience and has earlier worked as the chief executive of Bank of America, India.
G S Sundararajan was the CEO and Managing Director of Fullerton India (wholly owned subsidiary of Temasek, Singapore) and has also worked with Citibank. The other directors on the board of SCL are D.V. Ravi, Managing Director and S. Natarajan, Director.
