Law firm Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas & Co. (SAM) has appointed Shally Bhasin as an equity partner for litigation for its New Delhi hub.

Bhasin has over 26 years of experience and has done matters relating to financial services, bankruptcy, infrastructure litigation, environment litigation, white collar crime, telecom and tender related litigation, among others, Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas said in a statement.
She is also the Supreme Court’s advocate-on-record since 2004 and has represented clients in the Apex Court, High Courts of Delhi, Kolkata, Odisha, Mumbai, Himachal Pradesh, Bilaspur, Bengaluru, Ranchi, Allahabad, Chennai and Goa and in several specialized tribunals like TDSAT, NCLAT, NCLT and NGT.
