Pantheon Expands Asia Team

Global private equity fund of funds Pantheon has expanded its Asian team with the addition of Brian Lim as a principal to its Hong Kong office, bringing the firm’s Asia-based team to eight professionals.

Lim joins Pantheon from the U.K. government-backed investor, CDC Group, where he had been portfolio director for the pan-Asia region since 2005. Before joining CDC, he spent six years with Watson Wyatt, advising institutional investors on strategies and private equity allocations.

”As we come out of this current economic downturn, we expect Asia to attract increasing interest,” said Chris Meads, a partner at Pantheon's Hong Kong office.

Pantheon manages over $23 billion globally.
