Pune-based Nihilent Technologies, a consulting and solutions integration company, has acquired US-based GNet Group LLC for an undisclosed amount, as per a press release.
This acquisition will help Nihilent enhance its expertise in business intelligence and software application development, especially in the American region.
Minneapolis-headquartered GNet Group is a services and solutions company specialising in business intelligence. The firm has operations in Midwestern and South Central US.

Nihilent Technologies provides services like software application development, technology re-engineering, enterprise application integration, customer relationship management and enterprise resource planning, data warehousing and business intelligence. The firm employs 1,300 people and its operations span North America, Europe, Africa, Middle East, Asia and Australia.
