M.S. Dhoni’s Sportsfit To Expand Overseas, Open 200 Outlets

Indian cricket team captain M.S. Dhoni seems to be taking right strokes when it comes to his entrepreneurial career too. Dhoni promoted SportsFit Pvt Ltd is looking at tapping the Rs 4000 crore domestic gymming market. The company’s CEO Pankaj Guliani and Chairman Sajid Shamim talk on the franchise route to expand to 200 outlets in India in the next five years. The plan is to go into the overseas markets too through licensing. Already Rs 32 crore has been invested in the brand. Each outlet cost ranges from Rs 1 cr to Rs 6 cr.
