Bangalore-based PageStitch Inc, the company behind , a mobile collaboration tool for sales and marketing teams, has raised $138,000 (about Rs 85 lakh) from a group of individuals, led by Hareesh Ramanna, MD of BORQS Software, with participations from Bhupen Shah, co-founder of SlingBox; Nikhil Ramanlal, director of Atandra; and Soumitra Sharma, former associate at IDG Ventures. The capital was raised via LetsVenture, an online platform that connects startups with accredited investors.
“We will use the capital to hire people and also to ramp up our sales & marketing activities. This will help the two-man team to grow to team of four-five people,” Kiran Menon, co-founder & CEO of Tydy told VCCircle.
The startup was founded in late 2013 by Kiran Menon and Nikhil Gurjer. Menon had earlier worked at Opera Software in the field of product, design and sales, while Gurjer is a software engineer with experiences working with NetPay and Captain Public.
Tydy is a cloud-based mobile content communication platform for businesses. It creates, manages and administers the content and also allows collaboration on the device with colleagues. Businesses can use this tool to improve efficiency and effectiveness of their teams with the power of mobile devices.
Its customers include Mantri Developers, Puma and Atta Galatta, among others.
