Kotak i-banking unit hires former HSBC exec as M&A head

Kotak Mahindra Capital Co. Ltd, the investment banking arm of private-sector lender Kotak Mahindra Bank Ltd, has recruited a former HSBC executive to spearhead its merger and acquisitions vertical.
