Hyderabad-based IT consulting and software services firm Kellton Tech Solutions Ltd said on Wednesday it has acquired US-based enterprise, cloud and analytics services provider Bokanyi Consulting for an undisclosed amount.
The acquisition has been funded entirely through internal accruals, Kellton said in a stock market disclosure.
The deal will help Kellton strengthen its focus on internet of things, social, mobile, analytics and cloud technologies, Kellton's founder and chairman Niranjan Chintam said.
Bokanyi was founded in 2005. It provides enterprise selection, implementation and integration, hosting, and application support services as well as a broad range of business software applications in analytics and cloud. The company clocked revenue of about $8 million last year and catered to customers across 12 countries.
Kellton was founded in 1993. It provides IT solutions, technology consulting and offshore product development services. Its services include product conceptualisation, user design, quality assurance and testing, deployment, hosting and migration as well as maintenance and support.
In June last year, Kellton acquired US-based ProSoft Group, an enterprise solutions and business integration provider, for an undisclosed amount.
Kellton has offices in Hyderabad and Gurgaon in India, and Virginia and New Jersey in the US. It expects to post revenues of Rs 500 crore by August 2016.
