Kellton Tech Solutions Ltd, an Indian software services firm with operations in the US, has acquired Delhi-based Skan DbyDx Software Pvt Ltd, according to a Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) filing.
The financial details of the transaction are not known.
Founded in 2005, Skan DbyDx is a provider of outsourced product development and consulting to technology companies. It provides mobile application, rich internet application (RIA) development and quality assurance to its clients. With a staff strength of more than 150, Skan DbyDx has global delivery centres in the US and Asia, with customers in Asia, Europe, North America and South America in the sectors, including digital media, healthcare, finance, real estate, telecom, retail and enterprise solution/application.
With offices in Hyderabad and Gurgaon, Kellton Tech offers IT services, web applications, mobility and security solutions. The company focuses on outsourced product development and staff augmentation services and offers enterprise software solutions on web and mobile platforms. Kellton has a branch office in the US, apart from its corporate office in New Jersey.
Kellton provides Web 2.0 design, cloud computing, social network software, mobile application development and automation testing, content management, online video publishing, e-commerce and Microsoft Office solutions. It caters to companies in media and entertainment, startups, publishing, advertising, education, retail, software companies and finance.
