ICRA Management Consulting services Ltd. (IMaCS), a fully owned subsidiary of ICRA Limited (ICRA) has formed a joint venture with Virtus Global Partners Inc. The JV, IMaCS Virtus Global Partners, is based in New York.
The JV will provide business consulting and transaction advisory services to companies and financial investors in India and US.

The JV will enable them to provide a strong value proposition to their clients in India and American corporations in both the countries.
