Has the new bankruptcy law succeeded in tackling bad loans?

The Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code came into effect in late 2016. Since then, many creditors have used this law to drag debt defaulters to bankruptcy courts. While the law has helped tackle the problem of bad loans, some challenges remain.
