Will changing startup definition make any difference?

The government has tweaked the definition of a startup making it easier for early-stage ventures to avail benefits under the Startup India Action Plan. A business will now be considered as a startup for seven years from the date of its incorporation. But can this change help startups create more jobs and profitable businesses?
