Germany’s Comparex Group has acquired New Delhi-based software consulting and technology services specialist IRIS Unified Technologies Ltd for an undisclosed sum, the company has said in a statement.
Following the acquisition, IRIS will operate under the Comparex brand. The company will also focus on leveraging the potential of the Indian market for the Comparex Group. IRIS managing director Navin Kapur will continue to head the Indian entity that currently employs more than 70 people.
In addition to software procurement and consulting, IRIS will also provide maintenance, professional services, remote management, security services and IT training.
