Delhi-headquartered financial advisory services firm BMR Advisors has expanded its team of partners by including four more – Ashish Gulati, Kalpesh Desai, Shivani Nagpaul and Sanjiv Malhotra. The partnerships will come into effect from April 1 and the latest move will take the total number of partners at BMR Advisors to 30.
Gulati, who joined the firm in 2004 and is based in Delhi-NCR, focuses on mergers and acquisitions. He advises clients on transaction support and has extensive experience in complex engagements across industry segments.
Nagpaul, too, specialises in M&A, with expertise in IT/ITeS sector. She played a lead role in achieving closures of prominent mandates and joined the firm in late 2008.
Desai is located in Mumbai and works in the area of corporate tax and restructuring. He joined the firm in early 2005 and brings valuable experience across tax, exchange controls and capital markets regulations.
Malhotra also joined the firm in 2005 and focuses on direct tax with specialisation in transfer pricing. He is currently based in the Delhi-NCR office.

Founded in 2004, BMR Advisors provides M&A, disinvestment, capital structuring, buyback, due diligence and business valuation advisory services. The firm employs more than 450 professionals and has offices in Delhi, Mumbai, Bengaluru, Chennai and Singapore.
