Eightfold, Fisdom highlight of VC funding among tech startups this week

Eightfold AI received a big Series D cheque to top the venture funding chart this week. The funding in Eightfold was led by American venture capital firm General Catalyst and catapulted the company into the unicorn club of startups with a valuation of $1 billion. This was followed by Fisdom, which raised funding in a round led by PayU.
