Full-service law firm DSK Legal has hired Anuja Tiwari as a partner to bolster its infrastructure and projects practice.
Tiwari will join DSK's Delhi office from Trilegal, where she worked for around a decade and served as a counsel in her most recent role.
She dealt with projects work and renewables in particular, handling risk assessment, pre-litigation strategy, regulatory advisory, transaction structuring, and drafting projects-related contracts and documents.
In the recent past, she has also worked in the insolvency and restructuring advisory space.
Tiwari also has legal experience with respect to battery storage, mini-grids, e-mobility, and urban infrastructures such as solid waste management, public street lighting and healthcare.
Her previous jobs included stints as a secondee with Allen & Overy, Singapore and Meenakshi Energy Pvt. Ltd.

Earlier this month, DSK Legal had promoted Chandrima Mitra, Hemang Parekh and Pritha Jha to salaried partners, taking its partnership strength to 15.
Parekh and Jha were promoted to salaried partners for the corporate and commercial practice, while Mitra will deal with media and entertainment. All of them are based out of the Mumbai office.
Founded in 2001, DSK Legal has offices in Mumbai, Pune and New Delhi.
DSK has 12 equity partners and three salaried partners. In addition, seven people are partner-designates.
