CBRE Group, the world’s-largest commercial real estate services and investment firm, has elevated Manish Kashyap as regional MD and head of brokerage services for the Asia Pacific region, as per a release.
In his new role, Kashyap will be based in Singapore and will be responsible for leading CBRE’s brokerage activities across the office, industrial and retail business lines, encompassing both landlord and tenant representation.
He will also work closely with Vikram Kohli, CBRE’s APAC sales management director, to drive effective sales management processes across the region.
Prior to this role, he was serving as MD of transaction services for India, overseeing the full brokerage solutions offering for domestic and international clients.
