Blackstone-controlled EPL buying packaging firm for nearly $30 mn

EPL Ltd, the Blackstone-controlled specialty packaging company formerly known as Essel Propack Ltd, will acquire a Mumbai-based packaging firm for Rs 218 crore (almost $30 million).
