Atlas Law Partners promotes Medha Srivastava to partner

Atlas Law Partners, set up by former Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas partners Harry Chawla and Niti Paul, has promoted associate partner Medha Srivastava to full partnership at the law firm.

Srivastava, who joined Atlas in 2017, focusses on banking and finance as well as general corporate practice and mergers and acquisitions. Her promotion is part of a larger round of professional movements at the firm.

A graduate of the West Bengal National University of Juridical Sciences, Srivastava previously worked as a principal associate at Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas. She has also worked as a principal associate at Kochhar & Company, and as an associate and senior associate at Amarchand & Mangaldas & Suresh A. Shroff & Co.

She has experience in advising clients on foreign exchange law, regulatory matters and foreign direct investment. She has worked across sectors such as banking, hospitality, real estate, media, education, healthcare, steel and power.

In 2017, VCCircle reported that Chawla and Paul had tapped Srivastava to join its firm. At the time, Paul said that the firm had three partners and nine lawyers.

According to its website, Delhi-based Atlas Law a boutique corporate and transactional advisory law firm, with expertise in M&A, corporate commercial laws, real estate and banking and finance. Other practice areas include regulatory affairs and public policy, employment and labour laws, insolvency and bankruptcy and family offices.
