Altamount Capital Management, which provides private investment opportunities to a network of wealthy families, has opened its third office in Bangalore. The wealth management firm has also promoted Murlidhara Kadaba as its non-executive chairman. Until recently, Kadaba was the senior managing director and guided the firm on strategy and business development.
Kadaba has over 20 years of experience and has worked with Reliance Retail Ltd, American Express and Citibank. He is also a part of the six-member board on DE Shaw Financial Services and an alumnus of XLRI, Jamshedpur.
The firm’s new office in Bangalore will offer holistic family office services including legacy planning, philanthropy consulting, family corporate governance, private Investment opportunities for direct private investments cross-border opportunities and financing. Its two other offices are located in Delhi and Mumbai.
“Our foremost objective is to protect and increase the real wealth of our clients by offering a range of services that the ultra-wealthy families require,” added Kadaba.
